This a beautiful globe. We have primary school grandchildren (ages 5, 7, and soon 9) and for them we already have large maps of the world and of the USA on a wall in our kitchen. They love to look at those maps. But we were missing the dimension that a globe would present. This globe is exactly what we were looking for.

I recently got the 13" World Globe with Stand for my office, and it’s been a wonderful addition! The 720° swivel feature is impressive—it rotates smoothly in all directions, making it easy to explore different parts of the world. The stainless steel stand gives it a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with my desk decor, and the clear text on the map makes it both educational and attractive. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the political map is detailed enough for casual use at home or school.One small suggestion for improvement would be to include a locking mechanism to keep it from spinning too freely when I’m not adjusting it. Still, it’s a great value for the price, and I’ve already received compliments on how it enhances my workspace. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a blend of style and utility!

The globe was beautiful, and I wanted to love it. However, I am returning it for three reasons:1. It squeaked with every rotation.2. There was a loose piece inside the globe that rattled every time the globe moved.3. The globe was poorly weighted and it wouldn't stay upright. Antarctica stayed on top most of the time unless I held onto it.
