Ordered this for our kitty we lost about ten years ago. Her ashes had been returned to us in a metal storage tin which is not exactly the nicest container. Now that we are done moving every few years, it's time to have a much nicer place to rest. This urn is the perfect size for her ashes. The glazing is well done and evenly with no missing spots. It's all over a pretty pearled pink glazing. The interior is smooth as well and there's no burrs to catch on the bag. She was less than eight pounds when she passed away, so it wasn't difficult to place her ashes inside. The lid fits pretty securely on the top - no having to force it off or on and it doesn't rattle any time someone walks by the cabinet its in. The base is large enough to keep the jar stable as well. On the whole, this is a wonderful resting place for our beloved baby.
