These combs come in a plastic bag then individually bagged. The price is very good for a set that's suitable for outfits other than the recommended bridal wear.The finish isn't great on the back with some bubbling or glue marks but as this isn't seen it's not a huge issue because the finish of the decorative front is very good with no loose stones or faux pearls & everything well set. The metal is firm but just pliable enough to slide & grip.I wan't sure these would do the job as combs go but they do grip well. I have thick hair & the prongs slide & grip with no problem.The rose gold is a really nice option away from the usual silver or gold. For a slightly more dressy outfit these will make a nice addition to an undo.Recommend, very affordable
