Unlike some other support pillows I have ordered, the MAOZOO Breast Pillow Bolster is made of a good quality memory foam and feels great. The pillow has a zipper so the cover can be removed and washed when needed. The pillow is ergonomically designed to offer good support and comfort. This is a goodquality pillow at a good price you won't be sorry.

This pillow works well for working with clients who have larger breasts. That said, the cover is very difficult to remove and put back on, and more importantly, the zipper died on the first try.What's Great:- Very firm and great quality memory foam, great for supporting under the pressures of massage.- slim enough to fit in my massage table bag.What's tot so great:- Zipper track and type of material are prone to get tangled and get stuck. Cover still works without being zippered though.- Cover is not easy to take off and wash. I'd recommend throwing it in a large pillowcase or using it under your massage sheet if possible.

I like the concept of this face down massage pillow. It allows the chest to be supported and not as smooshed. I think i need to look into purchasing a head support to be used in conjunction with this pillow. When used face down, you need arms folded to support the head during massage. The head is raised too much from this pillow to use the hole in the table. Supporting the head with regular pillows blocks breathing.You need to give this pillow a few days to fully expand after opening. The chemical smell also disappears after a few days.While the case is removable, it is difficult to get off and harder to get back on. The zipper gets stuck and does not glide freely.

So far so good. I've wanted one for a while since not all massage places have one and some that do are awful. I will update if it fails over time but as of now it's way better than typical massage quality pillows and not as hard on my neck area. I'd definitely buy again.
